The Student Outreach and Recruitment Specialist is a key component of the Miskwaadesi Head Start Project at Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College. This position provides services and resources to students to support their success, both inside and outside the classroom, from the time they enroll through their graduation. This position coordinates intervention and brings together academic success resources for students that may be experiencing barriers to achieving their potential. In collaboration with key departments, faculty, staff and community resources, this position will prioritize a holistic approach to student success.This position develops, implements, and evaluates recruitment and outreach activities, strategies, and programs to recruit, admit and enroll students into the Child Development Program and the Miskwaadesi Head Start Program. This position will develop and maintain relationships with identified partners within the institution and community, especially with our partner Tribal Head Start programs.
