Job Responsibilities:✔ Handle inbound calls and chats related to store system issues.
✔ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems (Windows, applications, connectivity).
✔ Provide technical support for CPU, monitors, and peripheral devices.
✔ Follow troubleshooting guides and document resolutions.
✔ Meet quality standards to transition to remote work.Requirements
Technical aptitude required (hardware/software troubleshooting).
Must be within 1.5 hours of Mason, OH (to pick up equipment).
Open schedule availability (shifts range from 10 AM – 9 PM with one weekend shift).
Clear criminal background check required.
Must provide a pre-screen questionnaire and internet speed test with resume.
Internet connection:
- Wired Ethernet required (no WiFi).
- Minimum speeds: 10 Mbps download / 1 Mbps upload.
- Smartphone required
- (for multi-factor authentication).
- High school diploma or GED required for conversion
(not required for temp work).Schedule & Work Conditions:Training (April 21 – May 2, 2025): Virtual, M-F, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Post-Training Work Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – Midnight
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Shifts:
- Selected via bid process after training.
- Most shifts start between 10 AM – 12:30 PM with a set weekend shift.
Work Location: Remote, but must pick up equipment from Mason, OH.Technology & Equipment:✔ Provided: CPU, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, power cords, monitor adapter, and Ethernet cable.
✔ Candidate must set up equipment at home.
✔ Only company-provided equipment can be used.Preferred Qualifications: Prior call center experience.
Technical/customer service background.
Retail experience preferred. Strong empathy and communication skills.
