Position Overview : Director of Growth and Development
The Director of Growth and Development is a key leadership role responsible for driving our growth strategy, including customer acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion. This role involves working with various teams to develop and execute data-driven strategies to accelerate growth and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth Planning
Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals.
Use data analytics to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
Design and implement customer acquisition campaigns across multiple channels.
Identify and pursue revenue growth opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling.
Lead and inspire a team of growth marketers and Sales Managers.

Qualifications
