Position Overview : The Director of Growth is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving the company's growth strategy, encompassing customer acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven strategies that accelerate growth and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Growth Planning
o Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
o Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to expand the business.
2. Data-Driven Decision Making
o Utilize data analytics to monitor performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and optimize marketing and sales strategies.
o Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
3. Customer Acquisition and Retention
o Design and implement innovative customer acquisition campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, partnerships, etc.).
o Develop retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value.
4. Revenue Growth
o Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth, including upselling, cross-selling, and new product offerings.
o Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize the sales funnel and increase conversion rates.
5. Team Leadership and Collaboration
