Client is looking for Customer Service Representative for handling customer interaction for the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
Position: Customer Service Representative
Work Location: 4224 Cox Rd. Glen Allen, VA 23060

Responsibilities:
- Responding to phone calls and email requests daily
- Maintaining customer service records
- Resolving customer complaints
- Providing resources to customers
- Providing the appropriate service and information or referring clients to another department
- Always adhering to a company’s policies and procedures when assisting customers.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Providing the appropriate service and information or referring clients to another department
- Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team
- Multitasking skills and good organizational abilities
- Ability to work calmly under high-stress situations
- Computer literacy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a customer service environment is required.
