Position Summary

Schedule : Part-time, on-call, Monday-Saturday. Assigned shifts may be 8 or 10 hours (must be available for both).

Packaging Technicians are essential to ensuring the quality and success of our beverage production. In this role, you will work across various positions on the production line, upholding the highest standards of integrity, quality, and safety. We're looking for individuals who are punctual, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative environment with like-minded, motivated peers.

Key Responsibilities

General Duties :

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct safety inspections of packaging equipment and report hazards immediately.
• Assist in the setup, breakdown, and cleaning of bottling lines on packaging days.
• Work across different positions on the packaging line to maintain high-quality output.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, including proper capping, liquid levels, labeling, and secure packaging.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Support keg filling / cleaning and case flavor mixing as needed.
• Participate in training sessions on safety protocols, skill development, and operational procedures.
