Position Summary
Packaging Technicians play a critical role in producing our beverages. By maintaining integrity and focus in all positions on the production line, they ensure the highest quality products are delivered to customers.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working alongside like-minded team members who value collaboration and shared goals.
Schedule : Four 10-hour shifts per week, 4 : 00 PM - 2 : 30 AM, which may include Saturdays
General Duties / Responsibilities
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Inspect packaging equipment and work areas for safety compliance.
- Report safety hazards or incidents to the Packaging Supervisor.
- Assist in setup, breakdown, and cleaning of bottling lines on packing days.
- Perform multiple roles on the packaging line, including quality checks (e.g., caps, liquid levels, labels, box security).
- Clean and fill kegs as needed.
- Conduct daily cleaning and setup in line with Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Mix case flavors when required.
- Carry out deep cleaning and special projects as needed.
- Participate in training sessions on safety protocols, operational procedures, skill development, and compliance.
