Senior Researcher/Task Leader

Overview

FedWriters is building a team to provide OCPA Operations Support, Communication Research, Analysis and Evaluation, Communication Planning, Communication Product Development, Army Outreach Support, Professional Development and Training, Exhibit Management, and Executive Communication Support. As a Senior Researcher/Task Leader you will lead research initiatives and conduct analysis to inform Army communication approaches, supporting data-driven decision making across public affairs programs.

**This position is contingent upon contract award**

Work Schedule and Location:

On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm at The Pentagon.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and analysis efforts
• Conduct primary and secondary research
• Analyze audience data (qualitative/quantitative)
• Develop communication effectiveness metrics
• Monitor media platforms
• Generate assessment reports
• Provide data-driven recommendations

Qualifications

• Master's degree from accredited college/university
• 5 years demonstrated social science or behavioral research experience
