Fellowship Recovery is an intensive outpatient treatment program located in Uptown Minneapolis. We specialize in treating a variety of clients at this location, including justice-involved individuals, individuals with co-occurring disorders, and individuals with medical cannabis prescriptions. We offer smaller group sizes limited to 12 clients and believe in creating a work environment that promotes growth and the support needed for our counselors to prevent burnout! This Role : The Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC or ADC-T) is a professional and a leader who's dedicated to delivering stellar services to Fellowship Recovery clients. The individual in this role will balance all the aspects of the job and will demonstrate excellent time management skills, organization, punctuality, and professionalism. This role will lead group sessions and meet with clients to assess substance issues and develop treatment plans. They will help identify recovery interference and educate clients on different coping mechanisms. This role will adhere to MN 245G and 148F statutes, keep client progress reports, and conduct discharge plans. Job Type : Full-time Schedule : Monday to Friday (7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM) Pay : From $75,000.00 per year Benefits : 401(k), 401(k) matching, Health insurance, Dental Insurance, Paid time off Primary Duties : Lead Outpatient Treatment groups and Individual treatment sessions. Group hours are 8 : 30 AM to 1 PM M-F onsite. Develop treatment plans based on individual needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment. Ensure compliance with MN Statutes 245G. Follow company training plans, continuing education, and compliance procedures. Experience and Requirements : Associate degree required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. LADC, ADC-T - 1 year experience required. LADC & LPCC Dual credential preferred. Experience leading groups and working in person (and hybrid telehealth setting, if needed) Strong treatment planning skills. Ability to collect and analyze data for monitoring client progress.
