What are the responsibilities and job description for the LADC/ADC-T Float Counselor position at Transformation House Inc?
We are looking for an LADC or ADC-T to join our team. This position is for a Float Counselor.
This position would cover groups at Recovery Hub for our afternoon and evening track outpatient clients. Additionally, there is a need for a float counselor to facilitate group at the residential sites in Fridley for one hour each (total of two hours each Saturday).
There is flexibility in this role; can be a full time or part time role.

- Skilled in performing the 12 core functions
- Knowledge of Minnesota Matrix Six Dimension
- Required Documentation, completed on time per licensing requirements.
- Facilitate therapeutic group sessions
