Reporting to the Senior Director of HR, you’ll lead all aspects of HR—from recruiting top talent and enhancing onboarding to managing payroll and benefits. This four-day-a-week (32 hours) role is perfect for an experienced HR professional looking to make a meaningful impact!

\n- Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop innovative recruitment plans to maximize staffing levels across all departments.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration to ensure efficient and accurate processing.
- Promote internal career opportunities and support team member development.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop strategies.
- Organize onboarding, orientation, and training initiatives for team members.
- Ensure accurate management of applicant flow and employment data.
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures.
- Recommend new approaches to improve departmental efficiency and service quality.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain interpersonal sensitivity within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of progressive experience in HR management.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Federal and State employment laws.
- Proven experience as an HR professional
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in the senior living or healthcare industry preferred.
