Fenceworks LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will handle various administrative duties, ensuring smooth office operations during the specified period.

This role will last from 11/4/2024 - 03/14/2025

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering phone calls and directing them appropriately.

- Filing and maintaining organized records of paperwork and electronic documents.

- Typing and preparing quotes for customers and contractors.

- Assisting with the creation of timecards for employees.

- Preparing and submitting preliminary notices (prelims) as needed.

- Providing support with other administrative tasks as instructed by management.

Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in typing and basic computer software (Microsoft Office, etc.).

- Excellent phone and communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and adapt to varying responsibilities.

- Prior experience in an office administration role is a plus.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday.

- 7:30AM – 4PM

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
