Ferguson is currently looking for the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! This role requires someone who is adaptable, personable, and has strong organizational skills with a focus on excellent customer service.
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm and approximately one Saturday a month from 7:30am-12:00pm. Saturdays are scheduled in advance and flexible with the team.
Responsibilities:

Customer Service Focus:
- Act as the initial contact for customers via phone, providing a positive and professional first impression of Ferguson.
- Handle a high volume of calls efficiently, directing customers to appropriate individuals or departments.
- Answer basic customer service questions.

Call Management and Distribution:
- Use tools such as Genesys or Microsoft Teams to navigate and manage calls.
- Ensure calls are routed to the correct department or person.

Administrative Support:
- Potentially help with administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, organizing documents and setting up meetings.
Qualifications:

Skills Required:
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and professional demeanor are a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle difficult customers.

Experience:
- Previous experience managing calls and navigating Genesys or Microsoft Teams is beneficial.
- Basic understanding of the Ferguson’s business and an ability to interact with customers, associates and management effectively.

Technical Skills:
- Moderate computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems or tools is a must.

Other:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and be detail-oriented.
- Regular, reliable attendance and the ability to handle ad-hoc office requests.

Pay Range:
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
