Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving business development, and fostering strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. This role requires a blend of technical sales acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to analyze market trends to effectively negotiate and close deals.

Duties:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and enhance customer relationships.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track account activity, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
  • Conduct warm calling to engage potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product offerings and service improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Lead presentations and product demonstrations to showcase technology solutions effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability for the company.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients on product usage and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management or a related field, preferably within technology or technical sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client interactions.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in business development initiatives that drive revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire collaboration within teams and across departments.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.74 - $21.73 per hour
