This position requires a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to help secure Property Management Clients for the company. As a BDM, you will be expected to work company generated leads, generate your own leads, meet with prospects, build relationships with referral sources, assist in the creation of marketing videos, assist in the creation of marketing materials, and generally work to gain clients for the business.
Ample training, resources, and direction will be given throughout in an ongoing basis to ensure the Business
Development Manager is set up for success. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and know how to implement what they learn effectively.
Duties
- Organize and coordinate events, including networking opportunities, workshops, and community engagements, to enhance brand visibility and foster relationships with clients and partners. Develop, launch, and manage podcasting channels to create engaging content, showcase expertise, and attract a broader audience aligned with the companys business development goals.
- Service Existing and Company Generated Leads: Contact prospects through phone, text, video, and in person meetings with the goal of turning a prospect into a client.
- Generally, explain services to prospects, referral sources, and through marketing efforts with the goal of signing on new clients.
- Assist with Lead Generation: Social Media campaigns, networking, public presentations, warm, and cold calling.
- Conduct in person, phone, or video conference meetings with potential Property Management clients to discuss their home, provide an overview of our services, and review what their home should be able to achieve in the rental market.
- Foster and maintain relationships in the Realtor and Investor community
- Regular internal communication with our Property Management division so that all teams are current on the status of prospects/new owners
- Help to Create Customer Loyalty Campaigns to improve the overall Retention of Owner Clients.
Requirements
- Proficient with Google Workspace

- Over the Phone Sales Experience: This position requires that the Outside Salesperson be comfortable with discussing our services with potential owner clients over the phone with the emphasis on closing for an in-person appointment.
- In Person Meetings and Business Development Experience: This position will require daily face to face
interaction with potential clients or business partners. Strong interpersonal skills would be required with proven ability to close for the business. - History of Proven Sales Performance.
- Experience in the real estate industry preferred.
- Availability during normal business hours and occasionally after hours or on weekends
- Valid Drivers License.

- Some College Preferred or Equivalent Sales Experience
- Strong Written and In-Person Communication Skills.
Pay
- Salary: $45,000 to $50,000
- Commission: Generous Commission Structure (No cap on commission)
Total on Target Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 (Unlimited Income)
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
