About the role:
Fetch is seeking a Training and Development Manager to design, deliver, and execute learning initiatives that empower employees, foster career development, and drive organizational success. Reporting to the Director, Talent Management, this role will play an integral role in creating and delivering training programs that enhance employee growth and align with Fetch’s broader talent management and organizational goals.
You will collaborate across teams to implement cohesive and engaging learning experiences, support leadership development initiatives, and contribute to key processes like onboarding and performance management. This position requires a proactive and hands-on approach to training delivery and program execution while staying current on industry trends to keep our programs innovative and effective.
This is a full-time, remote position, with the option to work from one of our offices (Madison, Birmingham, or Chicago) and occasional travel for various training initiatives.
Scope of responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training content that supports employee growth, career development, and organizational objectives.
- Foster a culture of lifelong learning by implementing impactful learning experiences across various levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales enablement, people operations, and the Inclusion and Impact team, to create cohesive and inclusive training programs.
- Support career pathing and leadership development initiatives by creating and delivering resources that empower employees and managers.
- Assist with Fetch’s bi-annual performance management processes by providing tools and resources to help managers and employees navigate the review process.
- Help launch and track completion of compliance trainings to ensure employees meet regulatory and policy requirements.
- Analyze feedback, participation, and performance metrics from training sessions to refine content and improve delivery methods, leveraging tools and technologies to enhance training accessibility and retention.
- Stay informed on L&D industry trends and best practices to ensure training programs remain innovative and effective.
- Bridge onboarding and ongoing training efforts to create a seamless and impactful employee experience.

- 3 years of experience in learning and development, talent development, or training program design and facilitation.
- Proven ability to create and deliver training programs that support employee growth and engagement.
- Familiarity with L&D best practices, tools, and technologies, with a commitment to staying informed about industry trends.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience partnering across teams, including onboarding, sales enablement, employee relations and inclusion-focused initiatives.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to evaluate feedback, participation, and performance metrics to refine and enhance training programs.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage employees and managers at all levels effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Skills we believe you need for the position:
- Experience designing and facilitating a variety of development programs to support employee growth and organizational goals.
- Familiarity with career pathing, succession planning, or similar talent development strategies.
- Hands-on experience with implementing and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) to enhance training delivery and tracking.
- Strong background in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), with experience creating or facilitating DEIB-focused training programs.
- Knowledge of tools and methods to integrate onboarding and ongoing development programs effectively.
- Certifications in learning and development, human resources, talent management, or related fields.
Compensation:
At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $95,000–$103,000. We also offer all employees equity in Fetch, so that everyone can benefit from Fetch’s growth.
