You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch commercial loan servicing software support. Your role will involve not only assisting clients but empowering them to make the most out of our services. Your contributions will directly influence their efficiency and success, so your impact will be significant! You’ll engage with clients through calls and emails in a fast-paced environment, lead training sessions, present product webinars, and collaborate on testing our software to ensure quality.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 1-2 years of experience in the commercial mortgage loan servicing industry.
- A solid understanding of commercial mortgage loan servicing, alongside knowledge of escrow administration, asset management, cash management, investor reporting, and IRS reporting is a plus.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with a genuine eagerness to learn and grow.
- Technical proficiency to learn robust software systems.
- Natural problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel across the U.S. as needed.
