Fiducient Advisors seeks a Research Intern to join our team for Summer 2025. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in investment research and investment consulting. This individual will be responsible for engaging across investment research teams (public markets, private markets, marketable alternatives and capital markets) to support a wide variety of projects. Each intern will have direct exposure and responsibilities that further the research effort and client experience across our Firm. The ideal candidate will be naturally curious, thoughtfully driven and looking for an opportunity to expand their skillset and understanding within financial services. The internship will provide exposure to real world investment research and financial analysis, as well as mentorship from seasoned analysts across asset classes and networking opportunities with professionals in the investment research and investment consulting industry.
Responsibilities (or Project Work):
- Assist and be a value-added voice in ongoing research projects across research teams that have a meaningful impact on client portfolios. This may include market trends, industries, and specific investment opportunities.
- Perform and assist in both qualitative and quantitative due diligence with well-known investment managers across public markets, marketable alternatives, and private markets
- Assist in the preparation of investment reports and presentations
- Provide support in maintaining and updating investment databases
Qualifications:
- Rising junior or senior preferred
- Genuine interest in investment research or investment consulting and desire to learn more about the financial services industry
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, organization skills and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a collegial environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Travel Requirements:
Less than 10% travel for trainings and/or business events (should be very limited for an intern)
Work Environment:
- This role works in a professional office environment located in either Chicago, IL or Windsor, CT. The Research Intern is expected to work in the office at least 3 days a week
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers

The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 – $25.00 per hour.
The hourly rate offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual hourly rate offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
