Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Online Manager to oversee our digital marketing initiatives and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, advertising sales, and performance marketing. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to analyze market trends to drive engagement and conversions across various online platforms.
Responsibilities
- Implement a Meta and Google PPC strategy.
- Create graphics, copy and creative work to post/print.
- Create copy for email marketing campaigns.
- Create daily updates to be posted to our GMB profile.
- Assist with website updates.
- Assist with updates for Thumbtack and Angi's.
- Office based role with one day, part time, one day a week (Can be flexible on the day, need to be consistent with the day).
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Canva/another similar platform.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
- Solid budgeting skills with experience managing marketing budgets.
- Exceptional copywriting abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- US work authorization.
