Fielding’s River Oaks Bar Back
The Bar Back position at Fielding’s River Oaks is a key element in creating positive, memorable guest experience. The position is responsible for supporting the Bar team by stocking beer, wine and spirits, and polishing glassware, filling ice, and other job related duties.
Essential Duties but not limited to:
Ø Work in a clean, fast manner with showmanship
Ø Clean and polish glassware
Ø Be knowledgeable and able to execute service standards
Ø Be nimble in high activity situations to support operations at the Bar
Competencies & Qualifications:
Ø Have a true happy disposition
Ø Bi-lingual a plus
Ø Like highly fluid situations
Ø Be able to think on your feet quickly
Ø Able to lift and carry 50 pounds
Ø Able to follow directions
Ø Review and discuss guest and Partner feedback
Ø Treating guests and Partners with respect
Ø Provide a risk-free and safe working environment and experience
Ø Apply accurate logic and common sense in decision making or solving problems
Ø Stay focused and detailed oriented while on duty and work through distractions
Ø Able to identify, prioritize activities and modify work routines to eliminate wasted efforts
