You will assist customers with questions about the company, prospective vehicles, and purchasing options. You will learn about the newest vehicles & technologies on the market. We have an in-house training team dedicated to your success, offering online and in-store training with our manufacturers.

- Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market to potential customers
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries
- Establish follow-ups with prospective customers that are not ready to make an appointment
- Provide customers with product information & direct them to appropriate resources
- Connect new customers with appropriate sales team members
- Work with customers in a professional, well-spoken manner
- Proactively build out prospecting network and log activity in CRM
- Participate in team & process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
- Meet and exceed goals each month and quarter
- Minimum of one previous role demonstrating strong customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - team player attitude
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM
- Time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
