GENERAL FUNCTION: Performs a variety of assigned duties and special projects within the defined framework of a management-training program involving hands-on rotations through key departments within the Commercial Division. Becomes familiar with the business practices, operations, and procedures in each department rotation, acquiring the knowledge, skills, and experience required for assuming a permanent role (sales or support) in a Commercial department. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Add value to each department by performing the duties and assignments required by the training program, throughout various Commercial departments. Meet with program manager and rotation manager on a regular basis to discuss rotation results, business priorities, career development, etc. Provide feedback to manager about rotations, special projects, etc. Take advantage of participating in a formal or informal mentor and peer resource opportunities. Observe departmental procedures and workflow to become familiar with the function of each department. Handle special assignments/projects as assigned by department managers. Build an extensive network of contacts within Commercial and supporting divisions. Attend formal training classes, complete all assigned eLearning courses and participate in extensive self-learning. Perform other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Four-year undergraduate degree with experience in Finance or Accounting and a MBA required. 1 - 4 years relevant experience with internships and co-op program experience. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to multi-task and to be flexible. Must be proficient with Microsoft office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Ability to demonstrate initiative. Salary : $82,000 - $104,000
