Overview
FifthColor is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing/CRM Manager to lead the marketing efforts of our organization and oversee the management and optimization of our HubSpot CRM system. This individual will play a key role in project managing the marketing strategies of FifthColor, creating and refining lead generation funnels, and ensuring smooth integration and operation of CRM functions. Additionally, the role involves contributing to the development and monitoring of annual marketing budgets and campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Project manage the marketing of FifthColor, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and branding guidelines.
- Develop, implement, and optimize marketing funnels to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and execute marketing strategies that support growth initiatives.
- Create, monitor, and report on marketing campaigns, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
CRM Management
- Build, manage, and monitor all functions of the HubSpot CRM system to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity, segmentation, and alignment with marketing and sales processes.
- Train and support team members on effective CRM usage and best practices.
- Analyze CRM data to inform marketing strategies and business decisions.
Budget and Campaign Management
- Assist in developing and monitoring annual marketing budgets in collaboration with the CMO and CGO.
- Oversee the allocation of resources for marketing initiatives, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Track campaign performance against budget and objectives, providing regular updates to leadership.
Collaboration and Communication
- Serve as a liaison between marketing, sales, and other internal teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategies.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed to support marketing efforts.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices to keep FifthColor ahead of the curve.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in marketing management, CRM administration, or a related role.
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM or similar platforms; HubSpot certifications are a plus.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite at the Sheboygan Falls office.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
