Job Title: Part-Time Litigation Paralegal
Are you an experienced paralegal looking for a fun and team-oriented workplace? The Filippi Law Firm, P.C. is seeking a talented Part-Time Litigation Paralegal to join our close-knit team in Rocklin, CA. We are a boutique law firm practicing estate planning, trust administration, probate, real estate, and small business law – and now we’re expanding our litigation support!

Key Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys in California state court litigation matters involving trusts, estate, real estate, and general litigation
- Draft pleadings and other legal documents
- Prepare and respond to discovery
- Conduct legal research
- Assist with case management and organization
- Maintain effective communication with clients, attorneys, and other team members
Required Qualifications:
- At least two years prior experience working on California state court litigation matters
- Paralegal certification from an accredited institution
- Strong drafting skills for pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and other legal documents
- Proficiency in legal research tools and methods
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (In-Person)
