Filling Home is looking for a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) who wants to make a difference enriching lives of people with Developmental Disabilities. The QIDP position is supervisory in nature and responsible for the development, coordination, and implementation of the individuals' service plan (ISP).
What will you do while working at Filling Homes:
- Be the primary advocate for the individuals served
- Develop, coordinate, implement, and monitor person-centered Service Plans (ISPs) for each individual
- Promote outcome-based approach to service delivery
- Coordinate service delivery with nurses, therapists, day habilitation sites, and local schools
- Work closely with direct support professionals related to ISP service provision and training
- Promote community activities and involvement
- Work closely with residents' families/guardians
- Ensure compliance with Medicaid regulations and Licensure rules
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Education, Health Care, or related field
- A minimum of two years of verifiable work experience providing servies
- One year of previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work varying hours
- Possess strong communication, leadership, and organization skills
