Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Social Media Paid Ads Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others. The goal is to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through effective paid advertising strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute paid social media advertising strategies that align with the company’s business goals and marketing objectives.
- Create comprehensive plans for paid campaigns, including target audience research, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
- Ad Creation & Design:
- Collaborate with creative teams to design compelling ad creatives (images, videos, and copy) that resonate with target audiences.
- Ensure all ad content is on-brand, aligned with campaign objectives, and optimized for each social platform.
- Campaign Management:
- Manage end-to-end campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies to improve results.
- Allocate and manage budgets for campaigns while ensuring optimal return on investment (ROI).
- Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Track key metrics such as CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and conversion rates.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Audience Segmentation & Targeting:
- Define and segment target audiences based on demographic, geographic, and psychographic data.
- Leverage advanced targeting techniques, such as lookalike audiences, retargeting, and custom audiences.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices in social media advertising.
- Proactively identify opportunities to innovate and implement new advertising tactics
- Collaboration with Other Teams:
- Work closely with other marketing and creative teams to ensure paid ads align with overall brand messaging and content strategies.
- Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment between campaigns and product offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2 years) in managing paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media advertising tools (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.) and analytics platforms.
- Experience in budget management and optimization of ad spend.
- Proficient in A/B testing, ad copywriting, and creative optimization.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics, and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of paid search and programmatic advertising is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other advertising platforms (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, MetaAds, etc.).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Certifications in social media advertising (Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads certification, etc.).
Working Conditions:
