We’re looking for a dedicated Bilingual (Spanish-English) Customer Service
Representative to join our team and provide outstanding support to our diverse clientele.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries, complaints and recommendations via phone. Outbound follow up. Follow-up communications aimed at finalizing sales transactions.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians.
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with products and services with follow up calls.
- Provide accurate information about our HVAC services, including duct cleaning,
maintenance, and repairs that may suit their needs.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Assist Spanish-speaking customers by translating and ensuring clear communication.
- Process customer payments, invoices, and maintain records.
- Escalating queries and concerns when appropriate.

Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the HVAC or home services
industry. Experience with “Service Titan” is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills in both languages.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Active listening skills and attention to details
- Proficiency in using computers and scheduling software.
- Positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
- High School Diploma,GED, or equivalent.
