Position Overview:

We’re looking for a data-driven and action-oriented Growth Marketing Manager who can hit the ground running and drive measurable results fast. This role is ideal for someone who loves audits, lives for metrics, and treats ROI like their love language.


You'll be responsible for optimizing marketing channels, generating qualified leads, and increasing traffic and conversions—while building systems that scale. If you're equal parts strategic and tactical, we want you.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Audit:

  • Conduct a comprehensive audit of all marketing channels within the first 7 days of joining.


Lead Generation:

  • Generate 30 qualified Marketing Leads (MQLs) per month through targeted strategies and campaigns.


Content Strategy:

  • Build a 90-day content calendar within the first 2 weeks, paired with a clear ROI report tracking key metrics like CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and CLV (Customer Lifetime Value).


Lead Nurturing:

  • Convert 100% of inbound leads into booked appointments through effective email sequences, follow-ups, and nurturing workflows.


Traffic Growth (SEO/SEM):

  • Drive a measurable increase in site traffic by executing SEO and SEM strategies to generate [X] new monthly visitors.


Reporting:

  • Deliver a full marketing performance report by day 30, including insights, learnings, and opportunities for optimization.


SOP Development:

  • Create and implement standardized Marketing SOPs for key processes to ensure repeatability and scalability.


Conversion Optimization:

  • Increase the Median Order Value (AOV) by 10% within the first 30 days, focusing on conversion rate optimization at checkout.


What problems you will solve:
  • Channel Clarity: Identify what’s working and what’s not with a full marketing channel audit—no more guesswork.


  • Lead Shortages: Deliver a consistent pipeline of MQLs, ensuring sales always have warm prospects to follow up on.


  • Content Chaos: End the scramble for content ideas by building a content calendar, complete with performance tracking tied to CAC and CLV.


  • Lead Leakage: Stop letting inbound leads fall through the cracks—ensure every single one is nurtured into a booked appointment.

  • Traffic Plateaus: Break through stagnant site traffic by implementing and optimizing SEO/SEM campaigns that drive new visitors.


  • Blind Spots in Reporting: Shine a light on marketing performance with a clear, actionable report.


  • Process Inconsistency: Eliminate the “we’ve always done it this way” approach by creating and enforcing standardized marketing SOPs.


  • Underperforming Checkout: Increase cart checkout by boosting the Median Order Value.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 3 years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on digital channels and AI integration.
  • Proven track record of success in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Experience in the life sciences, biotechnology, or laboratory supplies industry is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with AI-driven marketing tools and platforms (e.g., chatbots, recommendation engines, predictive analytics).
  • Expertise in social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in social media engagement and storytelling.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration capabilities.

Pay: $80,000-$100,000  per year
