What are the responsibilities and job description for the Closing Coordinator position at Financial Dimensions Inc?
- Responsible for obtaining all documents needed in order to complete closing
- Secure lender, seller and/or broker approval of all loan closing related documents;
- Coordinate and confirm closing dates, location, documentation, and proceeds due at closing with borrowers;
- Ensure that all funding conditions have been met in accordance with applicable law and client instructions;
- Communicate effectively with all related parties to facilitate transactional needs;
- Learn to disburse closing files
- Resolve document related issues, as necessary;
- All other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent;
- 2 or more years of practical experience in the Title Insurance Industry and closing real estate transactions;
- Purchase closings experience.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Customer service oriented;
- Proficient in MS Office and like computer software.
Salary: Negotiable, based on knowledge and experience.

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
