Duties

- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while ensuring all interactions are professional and courteous.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall member satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in member service is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in office software.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with a broader range of members.
