What’s a typical day as a CSR? You’ll be:
- Acting as the initial point of contact, addressing general and routine customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and courteously.
- Accurately and efficiently entering prescription orders into data entry software to achieve customer service objectives and timelines.
- Effectively communicating with internal and external customers about order status, billing details, and shipping and tracking orders.
- Aiding in the training of new staff on customer service procedures and the use of Rx software.
- Working alongside team members to enhance processes and improve customer satisfaction.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Are a high school graduate with data entry experience and 1-3 years in customer service; optical experience is preferred.
- Possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and logic skills, along with excellent customer service abilities and attention to detail.
