JOB DESCRIPTION:
Are you a hunter who enjoys speaking with and bringing on new clients on a daily basis? At Financial Recovery Strategies, we don’t take money from our clients, we recover it for them.
FRS is the industry leader in class action claims management services and works with companies from all industries and sizes, including hundreds of Fortune-sized clients. We seek to identify companies who are eligible for one or more of the hundreds of class actions we track, onboard them, and then use data and research to maximize their claims, ensuring they receive their full share of the settlement fund.
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will maintain existing client relationships and develop new ones. We are looking for someone who knows how to bring in Fortune-sized companies for our services.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our class action and ancillary services.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with new and existing clients.
- Convert provided leads into clients.
- Build your own lead list through online research of prospective clients.
- Utilize Salesforce.com (CRM) to manage all business interactions with existing and potential clients.
- Meet daily performance goals of 50-100 calls per day related to client and lead outreaches.
- Promote FRS’s other services, such as unclaimed property to our approximately 25,000 clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 8 years telephone sales experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Ability to cold call
- Must be able to reliably commit to scheduled hours
- Ability to speak additional language is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
