Finastra USA Corporation is a leading financial services software organization, and we are seeking a Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a vital role in demand generation, working closely with both our Marketing and Sales teams.
Responsibilities:
Your duties as a Sales Development Representative will include but are not limited to the following:
- Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails and maintaining a log of that activity within the company's engagement platform and CRM
- Identifying client and prospect needs and suggesting appropriate products/services
- Working closely with the marketing team to ensure suitable messaging is distributed to your clients
Requirements:
- Prior experience of working within the banking industry either for a financial institution or a technology vendor would be beneficial
- 0-2 years of inbound and/or outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience
