What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Acquisition Specialist position at Genuine Parts Company?
Established in 1927, Genuine Parts Company is a Fortune 200 leader in the distribution of automotive and industrial replacement parts. We are seeking a self-motivated Customer Sales Representative to achieve success in our outside sales role through growing our current customers and creating new customers by promoting our entire line of products and services.
This individual will be responsible for driving growth of company-owned NAPA Auto Parts stores, customer base, sales and profits. Key responsibilities include:
- Promoting the entire line of NAPA products and programs to Wholesale Customers
- Working with local Store Manager to develop plans to increase sales and proactively initiate, contact, manage and develop leads on a local basis
- Identifying specific needs of customers and aligning solutions with NAPA's offerings
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Retail store or outside sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a customer-focused role and the ability to perform in a quota-driven environment. Strong communication and presentation skills are also required, as well as the ability to present information in group meetings.
