About The Role
We’re looking for someone to identify future business opportunities by engaging with developers and insurance professionals to showcase Finch’s value. You’ll collaborate with our Ops team to craft standout materials, while keeping a sharp eye on sales goals, market trends, and your growing network. If you’re a self-starter with a knack for making connections and closing deals with creativity and enthusiasm, we'd love to see if you’re a great fit for the Finch team.
What You’ll Do
- Utilizing existing Finch standards and guidelines for new cases, drive new case volume to Ops team
- Identify and pursue business opportunities with developers, owners, and insurance brokers
- Research, reach out, & follow-up to introduce Finch’s services and value propositions
- Collaborate with the Ops team to develop materials for prospective clients
What You Need
- 3-5 years of experience in BizDev, sales, or a related role, construction or insurance strongly preferred
- An existing networks of insurance brokers, contractors, or developers
- Basic understanding of the claims management process or insurance industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with demonstrated organizational skills for effective outreach efforts

We highly value in-office collaboration and require employees living within 40 miles of an office to work onsite at least three days a week. This role offers a competitive salary, benefits, and equity, with final compensation based on experience, location, and other relevant factors.
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
