Looking for a fun and rewarding summer job? The Findlay Family YMCA is hiring Lifeguards, Swim Instructors, Pool Managers, Cashiers, and Concession Stand Attendants to join our Aquatics Team! If you enjoy working in a team environment, keeping people safe, and creating a great experience for our community, we want to hear from you!

Available Positions:

Lifeguards – Monitor swimmers, ensure safety, and enforce pool rules.

Swim Instructors – Teach swim lessons and build confidence in young swimmers.

Pool Managers – Oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure a positive pool environment.

Cashiers – Greet guests, handle admissions, and assist with customer inquiries.

Concession Stand Attendants – Serve snacks and refreshments while maintaining a clean and friendly concession area.

What We’re Looking For:

Friendly, responsible, and customer-service oriented individuals

✅ Lifeguard certification preferred for Lifeguards and Pool Managers (training available!)

✅ Strong teamwork and communication skills

✅ Must be 16 years or older (Lifeguards, Cashiers, Concessions) or 21 for Pool Managers

✅ Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Pay: $10.70 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evenings as needed
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person

Salary : $11 - $13
