Are you ready for a summer filled with fun, adventure, and making a difference? The Findlay Family YMCA is looking for energetic and responsible individuals to join our Summer Day Camp team as Camp Counselors!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and engage campers in games, sports, arts & crafts, and outdoor activities

• Create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for all campers

• Be a role model by demonstrating teamwork, leadership, and enthusiasm

• Supervise and ensure the safety of campers at all times

• Help build lifelong memories for campers while having an unforgettable summer yourself!

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate

• Energetic, responsible, and great with kids

• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively

• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred, but we can help you get certified!)

• Previous experience working with children is a plus!

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Afternoon shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift

Work Location: In person
