Position Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly face of the YMCA! Your role includes delivering top-notch service to our members and guests, assisting with membership inquiries, and keeping our front desk area clean and organized.
Who We're Looking For:
Age: 18
Availability: Must be able to work a weekly schedule. If you select evening and weekend shifts, we will need you to commit to those times.
Skills:
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills: You enjoy connecting with people and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You can think on your feet and handle challenges with ease.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but a positive attitude is what truly matters!
- Basic Computer Knowledge: Familiarity with computers will help you navigate our systems smoothly.
