Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that sales targets are met, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, a background in wireless sales, and the ability to manage inventory effectively. The Supervisor will play a critical role in training and developing staff while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage daily operations, including inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Conduct training development sessions for new hires and ongoing staff education.
• Oversee the interviewing process to select qualified candidates for the team.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of service.
• Provide support in resolving customer issues and inquiries effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in wireless sales or a similar retail environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance communication with customers.
• Proficient in inventory management practices and POS systems.
• Excellent training development skills with experience in coaching team members.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
