Training will be located at the Sundial Banning location.
Our company requires the Floor Supervisor to assume the management role of overseeing the floor staff and ensuring guests are receiving the best care possible. The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for developing efficient work methods, completing their daily responsibilities, and collaborating with employees to increase productivity while maintaining a compassionate and safe environment for patients to access their medicine. This role is a complex one. They will not just be someone who supervises the work of others. A supervisor is also responsible for coaching, resolving issues, and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management. The Floor Supervisors act as quality control, ensuring patient satisfaction through training employees properly and adhering to company policy.
Core Responsibilities
· Administer the best level of care and service to our patients
· Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
· Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
· Receive complaints and resolve problems
· Manage time efficiently and effectively
· Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
· Prepare and submit weekly progress reports
· Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
· Communicate effectively with other managers and employees
· Open and close the shop
· All other duties assigned.

Qualifications
· High School Graduate or GED
· 1-2 years of supervisory experience a plus will train for a supervisory role. Industry experience a plus.
Working Conditions
Positions in this class require: standing, walking typing, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions. May be required to lift up to 25 pounds, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects while completing essential functions. This position a majority of the workday includes but is not limited to; walking and standing. The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer screen, handling smartphone devices, and reading extensively. The office environment is climate controlled and little outside activity. Ability to transport product as necessary for customers.
