The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone communications, assisting with executive tasks, leasing, evictions, entering and paying bills andctenantbmabsgent via Appfolio and utilizing strong clerical skills to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a bonus
- Real Estate license or experience in proprty manangent preferred.
