Job Responsibilities:
- Process, organize, and maintain fire protection inspection reports .
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Use company software to manage and store reports efficiently.
- Upload reports to online submittal portals as required.
- Communicate with field technicians and clients regarding inspection documentation.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to compliance, scheduling, and data entry.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in reports and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
- Ability to work with high volume
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in the fire protection industry is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
