Responsibilities may include:
- Respond to user inquires and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or in person.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components.
- Troubleshoot network and connectivity problems.
- Have a good understanding of all credit union peripherals and department functions.
- Preform setup, configuration, or deactivation of use accounts.
- Document and track support requests to ensure timely resolutions. Assists IT Support Level I as needed.
- Collaborate with IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues. Any escalated issue should have the required information gathered and an understanding of the issue before escalation.
- Provide user training and guidance on IT procedures.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
- Assists in department projects and may be asked to track required tasks or update the team.
- Is responsible for timely PC hardware replacement following a yearly schedule.
Typical Working Hours:
- Monday-Friday
- Hours of 8:20 am - 5 pm
Additional Requirements:
- Proficient in personal computers, software, and peripherals including but not limited to Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, OnBase, Adobe products, imaging scanners, and printers.
- A degree, certification, or equivalent experience in Information Systems is preferred.
- An aptitude to learn and understand various IT related duties is required.
- Aptitude to learn new assignments quickly and to retain information.
- Willing to travel to any branch as needed.
- Ability to perform many duties and to interact with several departments of the credit union.
- Ability to organize work and be detail oriented while handling a large volume of work.
- Keeping work area neat and organized.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
