About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Loan Support Specialist to join our team at First Bank of Wyoming. As a key member of our banking operations department, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including boarding new loans, loan renewals, modifications, and processing payments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date loan information, including payments, boardings, and second reviews of new loans.
- Updating customer information, processing payoffs, closed loans, monthly balancing, and adjustments as needed.
- Providing exceptional customer service by answering calls and emails, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding the bank's image.
Required Skills:
- 0-1 years of experience in a similar or related field.
- Prior banking experience is preferred but not necessary.
