```Duties```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate individuals
- Managing and organizing files, documents, and records
- Assisting with proof reading, editing documents, and working with bulk email and Canva software
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Assisting with basic financials and contributions
- Performing general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Mailchimp, and Canva
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work well as an individual and as a team as needed
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work performed
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment operation
- Familiarity with Google Suite
- Ability to proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
