Office Administrator Position (Full-Time, Monday - Friday)
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Office Administrator to support two of our businesses: a Med Spa and a Restoration Service. Ideal candidates will have Med Spa experience, a presentable appearance, and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of office experience
- Quick learner with excellent customer service skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in internet and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Responsible, reliable, and adaptable
- Experience with follow-ups on open projects; collections experience is a plus
- Highly detail-oriented
- Fluency in a second language is a plus
Additional Requirements:
- Smoke-free and drug-free environment; must be comfortable around office pets
- Successful background check and drug test
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
