We are currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator / HR Assistant to join our growing team. This multifaceted role will be integral in both the administrative and HR functions of the business, including managing office operations, assisting with recruitment, and handling HR-related paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reception & Applicant Interaction:
- Greet job applicants, clients, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Direct candidates to interview rooms and ensure a smooth check-in process.
- HR Documentation & Compliance:
- Manage HR-related paperwork, including employment contracts, tax forms, benefits paperwork, and new hire documentation.
- Ensure all employee files are up-to-date, organized, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
- Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring the workplace is tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Coordinate with building management and vendors for any office-related needs or repairs.
- Hiring & Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help prepare onboarding materials and welcome new hires to the team.
- Maintain applicant tracking and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
- General Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and other departments as needed.
- Assist with managing HR-related reports, employee benefits, and other office-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 1 years of experience in office administration, HR support, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
