Field Service Technician Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the electronics industry as a Field Service Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, resolving complex technical issues, and working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical customer service support for electronic products
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with products, including programming protocols
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Travel to customer sites within North America to provide on-site support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service skills
- Minimum 2 years of field experience in the manufacturing field of electronics
