General Description
In the position of Technology Coordinator, you will manage and maintain First Companies’ technology hardware and software platforms. This role also provides technical support to the departments and trains staff on technology and software use to enhance productivity. The Technology Coordinator assists the company in identifying and implementing future software platforms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage employee registration of various company software platforms including new hires, employee change/license reassignment and terminations
- Understand the various software platforms, what department uses which platform and serve as administrator for all company accounts
- Manage and maintain all technology assets including employee laptops, ancillary devices and printers and leads hardware advancement
- Work with departments to understand needs to identify software platforms that are best fit including new technology initiatives
- Support initial training of employees of current software platforms
- Serve as liaison between First Companies Inc. and 3rd party IT service provider
- Initial IT support contact prior to IT service provider and current software support providers
- Work with IT service provider to manage various platform updates, network updates, any software changes, etc.
- Manage internal company email distribution lists
- Manage company cellular account working with the cellular account representative to manage/maintain distribution and purchasing of cellular devices, tracking of cellular devices and manage/maintain cellular lines.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in technology coordination or IT support.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
