Job Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Area Manager to assist the Center/Branch Manager in the daily operation of staff. Key responsibilities include:
Operations Support
* Prepare work schedules and assist with bank balancing, staff meetings, and customer care as directed by policy and upper management.
Customer Service Excellence
* Deliver quality customer service through personal contact with customers and prospects, adhering to approved quality standards.
Goal-Oriented
* Accountable for the achievement of monthly new account production as assigned by upper management.
Leadership Development
* Work closely with the manager to motivate staff to achieve retail and new account production.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to operate a computer and other office machinery. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with previous experience in a similar role preferred.
